·Mold processing:

During the mold processing, we also perform basic quality control on the steel material. Processing is divided into three steps: the first step is rough machining; The second step is to perform semi precision machining on some precision molds; The third step is high-speed milling and precision machining.

Process quality control:

Hongfei has a coordinate measuring instrument that can measure the dimensions of the mold cavity, core, and other components. After mold processing, use coordinate measuring instruments and other size measurement equipment to control the dimensions. Qualified ones will be sent to the assembly workshop, otherwise the mold will be reprocessed.

Before the first trial mold, the quality inspection personnel and project manager of Hongfei will conduct quality control on the mold assembly.
